Learned Something New Today

My birthday is Monday and I need to renew my tags on my van. But the DMV was closed today. So I had some errands to run, and I went to Publix because I found out you can renew your tags there on a machine. It cost me $4.50 extra, but figured it was worth it, since I would have to drive to the DMV Monday and wait probably for an hour minimum. Left Publix and went to Walmart across the street. Roamed around there and left, then picked up my meds at CVS on the way home. I got home and I was so tired I decided to make Tuna Fish Sandwiches for supper. Started fixing the tuna fish,and I guess I left my bag with Onions in it at Walmart. So we had Tuna Fish with No Onions. Kind of sucked. When I got home Murphy was waiting on me, but I had forgotten to buy his wet food. I KNEW there was somethng I was forgetting. Will have to run down to the Dollar General tomorrow morning..other than that I am staying home tomorrow and resting up. Still nice and warm, but rain is on the way.

I can't remember the times I've known there was something else I wanted at the shops but couldn't remember what it was.

You managed a lot of things even if the DMV was closed. Finding the tag renewal machine at Publix was a great move. Sometime spaying extra saves us time and effort and so that extra $4.50 seems totally worth it. There is no need of a long wait on your birthday. I definitely agree running similar errands can be depleting and deenergizing with multiple stops. You did better than most. You did not forget to stop at CVS and take care of your medicines. And after all these, you went for a small dinner, which is most sensible thing to do. Staying home to relax is just fine after all these. Enjoy the weather till it lasts and have a relaxing day!
