Delicious roast beef for Sunday lunch …..the first of the year …. / myLot

As someone pointed out, today is the first Sunday of the year ….. So, for our first Sunday lunch of the year we had, roast beef, roast potatoes, roast parsnip, cauliflower, cabbage, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and mustard. For pudding we had home made rice pudding. It was all completely delicious. What did you have for your meals today ?

We had roast beef for new year. Sunday lunch yesterday wasn't a thing because I was out all day and y partner was away - although I did have a roast beef sandwich!

For dinner I had a frozen Healthy Choice meal: Chicken Margherita with Balsamic. Your dinner sounds amazing.
