Faith "healing" lands a couple of Kenyan medics in trouble

At least six Kenyan medical doctors are in trouble for having proved that some patients who were prayed for during an end-year crusade had been healed. The patients who were suffering from chronic and non-communicable diseases including AIDS ad Cancer were prayed to and shortly later tested by the medics in question, who gave results showing that the patients had been healed. A demand by a section of critics for the patients being tested elsewhere was soon issued. Upon the "healed patients" being tested by different doctors revealed that they were still sick and in dire need of continued medical care. The Ministry of Health has thus given the medics who had claimed that the prayed-for-patients had been healed a chance to explain why they should not be deregistered and their licences revoked. The crusade is linked to a preacher by the name Prophet Edward Owuor. Interestingly, it was the same preacher who reportedly prayed for Venezuelan leader president Maduro for protection against the US and Trump in his recent visit to the South American country.
