I know it’s basically midnight, so yes, this should technically say January 10th. But time is a social construct and I refuse to be bullied by the clock. We almost settled in for the night. Not fully settled, more like “everyone went outside one last time and now we’re pretending this is bedtime.” I decided to pick an actual movie instead of our usual rotation of TV shows and YouTube spirals. Longer movie equals longer background noise. This is strategic. After wandering Starz like I was lost in a digital Blockbuster, I landed on Major Payne. It’s been at least fifteen years since I’ve seen it, so clearly this was the correct adult decision. Naturally, I’m also doing about fifteen other things. myLot is open. I’m mid-conversation with a couple people on Facebook. I’m reading work emails. I’m playing a game for one of my side-hustle apps on my phone. I’m also trying to convince UV resin to cure, which is apparently an emotional process. So yes, reigning, undefeated queen of multitasking. I’m pretty sure no one is online at this hour, but just in case… What are you watching?
