I Haven't Eaten Chocolate In 22 Days

That's right. I started giving up chocolate up December 21, 2025, which was 22 days ago. So far so good, although yesterday a little and today a little I was craving it for the first time. The first three weeks I didn't miss it at all. Have you ever had to give up something for your health/for your own good? Cokes? Cigarettes? What was it and how did you succeed?

Oh yes. I tried to smoke in 1969 being invited by my high school classmates. I didn't like the taste from then on I never ever smoked again . Now I'm 74 years old.

I wasn’t told to stop drinking soft drinks, I just did about three years ago. I can’t remember the last time I had one.

No, I've never given anything up completely. I know that's how you set yourself up to fail. I hope you can continue avoiding chocolate. Good luck!

I have given up eating cereal with sugar due to my risk of getting diabetes.
