The programme scheduled sometime last December was postponed. The day is usually fixed on that date every year. People were told that they'll be informed in January as the chief guest has other appointments elsewhere. Now, it seems a certain group of the host party are bent upon having it this December. The chief guest has already given a date in the month of January. This happens to be a day before another event. The host head is reluctant to make any more altercations as it presents a wrong image. There are others at loggerheads with the head. The date stays the same but the threats of non-cooperation has popped up under the influence of a certain few. Not that, the events cannot be arranged, but somewhere those few are trying to belittle the head. I mean how does it add up to management authority?
