Tonight was another pretty easy dinner. I made chicken and dumplings.
We had bbq chicken last night, so I had extra chicken and I shredded it and threw it in the pop with cream of chicken soup and some chicken broth and made my own dumplings and cooked them. It took about thirty minutes to throw it together and cook and everybody was happy.
So it was easy and cheap!
That's what was for dinner here. What did you have at your house?

I made chicken BBQ sandwiches and had some rice. Boring, but I’m full.
