Well, Tom was sworn in tonight as a Trustee of AmVet Post. He celebrated a little too much after we got home. He was in the kitchen and fell. Didn't really hurt anything, but..he can't get up and won't let me call 911. So I guess he will sleep on the floor tonight. I can't lift him. Thought about calling EMT anyway, but I think he needs to suffer..that might sound cruel, but I think he realizes he needs some help. He isn't mean or abusive..he would be in jail or dead if he was. But he needs to quit. He wasn't so bad on Beer, but Whiskey sneaks up on you. Anyway, with the medical issues he has, going thru DTs could or might kill him. No idea what he can do. Been a trying day. My oldest daughter's birthday was today. Her Mother-in-law posted for her birthday and mentioned something about hurting her leg. I messaged my daughter, and she said she was in the ER...hurt her knee. Then this with Tom...Really a Trying day. Worried about 2 people in my life that I love dearly.
