Good morning and Happy Friday!

It’s just after 6:30 a.m. and, of course, I’m awake. I’ve been snoozing on and off since around midnight, but nothing that really counts as solid sleep. Since I’m already awake and scrolling anyway, I figured I’d go ahead and start the morning here and say good morning. I’m hoping that if I piddle around online and read for a bit, maybe just maybe I’ll manage to squeeze in a couple hours of sleep before I have to be a productive member of society. Hope springs eternal. Today’s to-do list includes finishing up the last couple loads of laundry, cleaning out the crock pot and the fridge leftovers, washing Rebel’s bedding, and tackling the bedroom carpets. So yeah, it’s going to be a fairly busy day. One that would go much smoother if I could convince my brain to power down for a little while first. We’ll see how that goes. The kids are about to head off to school. They were both crossing their fingers that the weather would save them, but I told them unless there’s ice or snow actually on the ground, school is still happening. Dreams crushed before breakfast. I think that’s enough rambling for one early morning. I hope everyone has a great start to their day. @moffittjc Are you still dying, or are you feeling any better?
