We usually do our annual lab tests and check ups at the start of the year. But my mom pleaded to give her a month more before taking her blood works. She said she is in fear that the lab tests might all be marked red because well, the holidays just passed and yes, there were a lot (and I mean, a lot) of food feasts. I agreed to her plea, because at the back of my mind, I am also in fear that my lab results would not be pleasurable and would just stress me out. So while waiting for the scheduled lab test on the first week of February, we are making sure to return to our usual diet -- not the feast we just had during the holidays. Plus, of course some exercise in hopes that we would have a favorable result later. What about you, do you or have you ever done laboratory tests? Share your thoughts, I would appreciate.

She said she is in fear that the lab tests might all be marked red What does being "marked red" mean?

Out-of-range results, like way above or below the normal range. While it may not usually indicate a serious problem, but it could lead to. So we would want to have results within the normal range.

I get lab tests every six months. I can't put them off. It's good you can.

I would wait also. I don't know what your lab tests are for but you know your body. We have them done when the doctor orders tests.
