I've received an email that the new email address that i'm sending from is not in their system and they'll send a solution about my complaint to my home address.
Isn't this too much? I sent them back that this behaviour is not normal, that we've been in contact for a week and why can't i receive an information about filling out the form for a new email address. Why penpalling with me if it's not verified and other stupid things. If they needed a copy of my ID, they could have got it but, this...
They left me with no choice. I sent my complaint to our country's agency concerning television and internet providers and we'll see what they have to say.
I can comply to rules if they are well explained and not shady like this. And all this due to my plea for a new email address where they can send me digital bills.
Also, i tried to apply via app so they can send me bills there and they declined that too. This is getting frustrating and personal, even from their side, i feel.
I must say, i can't look at them as human beings, after this.
