A dreary looking day out there. I guess the sun will come out at some point though. I will be listening to my driver improvement class again it is on my phone. I have to finish this and take and pass the test by the end of the month in order to get positive points on my record and keep my insurance rates from sky rocketing. I don't see how but supposedly that accident in September was my fault. The truck driver was speeding, and came out of the gray mist like a bolt out of the blue...still I get blamed. I never saw him.

Yeah, I used to be an insurance adjuster. Generally, "if you never saw" the other car, it means you were probably at fault.

Yeah, but if the were speesing...they should take some of the blame. However, the way the law is written here is if you are 1 percent at fault you get the blame. Unless you get rear ended or something...then no matter what is going on...the other driver gets the blame as far as I know.

It stinks, but it is what it is. That was months ago now though anyway. I'm over it.
