Braving the Very Cold Weather, winds and Fog !

So the phase of the maximum cold in our part is on. Yet quite ferociously. It tests people even within homes. At places, minimum dropped to almost Freezing ! No snow here but the winds make the matters worse. Those on Roads and without proper clothing suffer the most although authorities here have tried to provide shelters at a war footing. Here is the news link that states how low the mercury (minimums) went : Between almost freezing to 3 C. And well, for a relative idea, we also face almost 45 C days in summers and multiple 40 C ones - so quite a range ! Plus when cold weather does not gets you, fog + smoke (Smog) dominates. Morning saw dense fog till 10 AM.
