3rd time applying to the same place which rejected you. Yes or no?

It's a tough decision, isn't it? They say a third time is a charm but it doen't need to be.
This place keeps on publishing new ads instead of contacting the old candidates or they are too lazy to do that.
It sounds tempting but to be rejected even the 3rd time, it's no use, right?
What do you think?

I've only tried to apply to the same place twice that I can think of. They didn't hire me either time.

i am sorry they didn't. i sent an open application and for other position. i mean, if they needed me badly, they could have contacted me, which they didn't. life goes on.

I think if they did not think you were the right person for the job twice before
They won't ever think you are the right person for the job.
I wouldn't bother if it was me.

i have love-hate feelings with this school. i think i went on interview last september, nothing. i went last december; they were surprised i never taught before and, now, i think they won't get back to me again but i could send an open application for other positon, maybe. thank you for your advice.
