Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 34 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. We are expecting rain and snow today. Yuck. Its good that I don't have to go anywhere.
Yesterday was a series of being up and then naps. Today will likely be the same. I slept for like 3 hours before waking up at 6am. Whatever. I'm not going to fight it. I have tomorrow off so if I have a crazy sleep pattern today I'm not going stress about it.
I have no big plans for the day. I might make a birthday cake from the momofuku milk bar baking book. I have all of the ingredients on hand already. My coworkers will appreciate it if I do make it. We shall see.

Minus 6°C but bright and sunny... but the forecast threatens clouds and more snow later in the day. I might, I say, I might clear the side walkway of 8 feet of snow 
so that I could get my walker out to the road on Wednesday when it's supposed to be warmer enough to trudge the mile uphill both ways to the Centre.
