This rat was, is, and has been a regular visitor. We were getting tired, irritated, exhausted with its antics. So much damage it has done. My sister placed two or three 'Rat Kill' boards/books like structures, in anticipation of its whereabouts but to no avail. The rat must have thought that it was its right to intrude upon our private chamber, our home. Sadly I prayed to its Benefactor to take care of it but it fell on deaf ears. Days passed and one week led to the next. We have two four drawer chambers in our kitchen. My sister had placed two 'Rat Kills' in one of the drawers of both the chambers. Today when I happened to go to the kitchen in the evening, there were continuous thumps. Ah!!! What a relief!! 'Dear Mr. Rat, you are a nut case. You thought you'd win but finally your benefactor and our benevolent Lord had mercy on us. Go on dancing. Or boxing as much you're allowed to. When done, feel for us. That's evolution. When you repent, you'll be released'. I should feel sorry, but I am not.
