Still Waiting...

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I've taken my first test (for those following the journey I am talking about a pregnancy test) and it was negative. I could have tested too early, but I really think it would have at least had a faint line. However, not to be TMI, nothing has happened....so I may test again tomorrow. If it is still negative, and nothing still happens for a few more days...then I may need to get a provera prescription and try all over again. Either way, in February I am going to do my best to go as low carb as possible. I am not going to say that I am going "Keto" as I have in the past. Also not going fully carnivore. First - I will focus on protein. - Probably will drink a daily protein shake to help. But protein is #1. Secondly - No added sugars Three - Lowest carbs as possible - while still allowing low carb tortillas, maybe bread, and maybe potatoes once in a while. Four - Less caffeine + more water- still can have up to 200 while pregnant, but don't plan to drink near that amount. One of my zero sugar sodas only has around 50. Yes, I may take off Valentine's Day, and perhaps once a week when my mom and I go out shopping and such. But the rest of the time I need to stick to the plan. It may help me with conceiving too. What do you all think? Made an art piece to go along with the subject...hope you all like.
