Retrieving my old car vacuum cleaner

Yesterday morning while I was decluttering and cleaning our seldom used room which used a stock room, I came across with an old plastic sack tied with a plastic straw. I opened and to my surprised it contained my old car vacuum cleaner which I misplaced it to where I couldn't remember. I bought it sometime in 2019. Two years I bought our family service van. I tried to plug it to electrical outlet and it didn't work. I will bring it to my electrician friend to be checked and if possible to be repaired.
