Netflix sent me a message that this was available so i decided to go watch it. It wasn't until about half way through the film that I realized I had seen it before. But what a grand adventure to rewatch so I stuck it out.
There was the beautiful Jamaican scenery and a long chase scene where Bond uses the Austin to it's full enhanced capacity that was fun to watch. The treatment he gave the little girl was endearing, and even Craig's acting and lack of true Bondishness could be overlooked because the script and cenamotography was that good.
It is sad to realize that the franchise is at its end and that there will be no more Bond movies to look forward to now. But, hey 59 years or so is a pretty good run.

Yes, they are. I think I am going to watch them all again beginning with the first back in 1962.

The second one "From Russia with Love" was considered by many as the best of all.
Thunderball, The Spy who Loved Me were also good.

I like the other actors so much better. They showed class and intellect. I think Bond would have had those. The badass and brooding is one small part of his personality.

@celticeagle Uhm.. yeah, Pierce Brosnan! He had the class and intellect - and yeah, the looks - to pull it all off!

I think one or two names are in the final stages of being appointed as the new Bond.
It won't be the same however.
I did watch this movie on Amazon Prime Video in early 2022.
It not only has the thrills and action but high on emotion as well.
However, I rate Skyfall as a better movie than this one.
And yes, 59 years is a big time and with 6 actors having played Bond
(Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig).

Yes, it was an emotional one to be sure. Yes, six of them. I didn't like many of them. Only Connery, Dalton and Moore did the character justice.

And what about Pierce Brosnan?
He was very famous in India in late 90s and early 2000s !

I love the theme songs. There were so many good ones by some big artists.

Still way more fun than anyone else could pull off.
