Done with Classroom Observation

Third quarter of the classes is almost over and I am also done doing a series of class observation. Its quite a tedious work since I did observe two learning areas. My department which is composed of 25 teachers and another department which has 21 teachers. This is one of my duties as the department head and it also includes technical assistance and performance mentoring and coaching after each class observation. An hour period is to be used then there must be a time allotted for the post conference when I can discuss with the teachers their performance both positive and areas for improvement. I am just glad that I am already done even with the accomplishment reports.
