Whenever I have stomach problem i have rice and yellow dal

Sometimes due to weather or food whenever I have stomach ache I go for simpler food. The most simple food for me is plain rice and yellow masoor dal or lentil. If things are better i boil a potato and eat the smashed potato with rice.

thanks Toni it happened a month ago. I just had rice with boiled potato. Rest of the time I used ors

When one is sick rich food makes the symptoms worse.

yes Kandase least amount of spices is one way. Sometimes using ors is good
