It took me three tries to get the year right when I typed out the subject line. Apparently time is optional these days. Anyway. Tonight’s dinner was officially a “she child” meal. Translation: something she loves and her brother merely tolerates with polite resistance. Beef enchiladas were on the menu. Super easy too. Seasoned beef, burrito tortillas, red enchilada sauce, and a generous amount of shredded Mexican cheese because that’s just good decision-making. Everyone ate. Everyone was full. No complaints were filed. By all accounts, that’s a successful dinner. So that’s what was for dinner here tonight. What did you have?

That sounds delicious. I had Better Goods chicken bites, and I used that pineapple BBQ sauce as dip for the chicken bites.

Is the pineapple bbq sauce good? I am going to pick up some better goods stuff tomorrow afternoon when I do a grocery order.

@thislittlepennyearns Oh yeah, very good. They gave me a regular BBQ sauce too, but the pineapple was better. The regular was kind of bland. Let me know which Better Goods stuff you get. I’ve tried a lot of it, and amazingly, every single thing has been good.

@AmbiePam I've seen a lot of the frozen fruit products that they make, and I think I'd like them.
