We started at 9 am and it's 3:30 pm now and we've been working non-stop setting up Mother-in-Law in the Memory Care Unit.
To her credit, she didn't get sad and didn't cry and wasn't upset. She kind of liked all the excitement and all the attention she was getting.
We had to sneak a lot of things out of her room before she got there because it wouldn't all fit. Likely is she won't miss it. It was mostly clothes and as I've mentioned before she has enough clothes for 20 people.
So we just got home and we're exhausted. We need something to eat and a good rest.

People can have good and bad days. I think she was having a good day. I am sure she'll have days where she'll be more upset then anything.

I wish her all the very best but are you sure she won't just walk out of the place and head for home?

Well done the pair of you. It's highly likely she won't miss anything.

I’m so pleased that it went well.
It’s been a long journey and an awful lot of worry and work for you and your hubby. I hope she will like living there and be happy.
