Another Good Day

Went to the doctor yesterday, and we were supposed to have Omelettes for supper, but Tom put the steak in the crock pot with beef stock, and it turned out so tender that we decided to make steak sandwiches again. Today, I caught up on a couple of put off chores and stayed home. Tom was in the garage, and he said Buddy (the squirrel) came into the garage. Hopped up on top of the big bin that I keep their food in. He then saw my headphones that I use to talk on the phone, and started to chomp on them. Tom yelled at him and he said he had never seen a squirrel run so fast..he ran so fast he scared the flock of doves chowing down in the yard. I fixed sausage links (Kilbalsa type) with Cabbage and Egg Noodles in Alfredo Sauce with garlic bread for supper. And figured up Tom's taxes..getting a refund this year...YAAY! Expecting some really COLD temps the next couple of days. Everyone stay safe and Warm!
