US Rejects Uganda Apology

An army general in Uganda recently posted a tweet that did not go well with the US. In retaliation, the US threatened of sanctions. What we all know is that no African Country can stand without aid from the outside world, especially the west. Upon realization of his mistake, the general who's also a son to the Ugandan leader heartily apologised. Unfortunately, the apology was rejected. What should be expected but suffering by innocent citizens?
