Overwhelmed, So I’m Here.... back

I’ve been feeling extremely overwhelmed with life lately. There’s so much happening inside me, and honestly, I don’t have a place or person where I can say it all out loud without holding back. So I came here back. Not for answers, not for sympathy — just to let it breathe somewhere. Sometimes sharing, even with strangers, feels lighter than carrying everything alone....
