I wake up from My slumber. I go to get the fresh morning Cali air. Old Kai comes out whining. I need my morning walk, but first let me let the neighborhood know I am coming. She is funny because she so old her voice is not what it once was. She has always had the high pitched whiny bark. My sister hates that bark and does pierce your ears. Now her voice cracks and goes out from time to time, but this time she regroups. Let me put some bass in this bark. I go, there you,go, put some bass in that bark. Sounds so much better and she like look I am a big girl once again. Then my brother lets Delta out and she zooms past Kai. Beagle bark, beagle bark, Kai gets all exited and forget how old she is. Tries to move so fast her old bones give out and she collapses on her face. I am like careful Kai. She looks up at me and is like do not worry young buck, I still got this. That's what I like about dogs, no matter how old they are, they cannot help but act like a puppy from time to time. Amen
