I look at the silver lining

I have not been on mylot for some time due to the frequent power outages in my country..a lot of people here may not be able to relate to that because they experience constant power supply but when you live in a country where basic necessities like electricity, water , internet are unstable and crazy expensive, then your life is totally different..
..the other day, my power bank while charging suddenly went from four bar to one bar. I was scared at first but I was made to understand
that the battery level and the battery guage might not be in synch with each other. This could be caused by small incremental charges.
in other words, I couldn't charge it fully in one go which means I have to charge it multiple times over several power cycles and this could make the calibration not to accurately reflect the actual battery charge..all because of inconsistent charging
Well, in everything, I always look at the bright side of things which could be difficult if you live in an environment with limited resources and priorities are on basic essentials like food and basic care..
How is everything in your own side of the globe

Always look on the bright side of life.
Essentials like food and shelter are indeed priorities.
Here in Scotland things are good.
Even on the recent storm the only thing that lost power were the streetlights

I like it when people try to find the silver lining. I think it’s essential to be happy in life.
Here, we are getting over a huge cold snap with a lot of snow and ice. Some portions of the country are without power because of the ice taking down the power lines. Some parts of my state lost power, but my area did not.

You take things one day at a time. I do that, too. I know what you mean.

I admire you for always or at least trying to look at the bright side of life.
I should learn from you.

I try to stay positive no matter what. Sometimes we don't always see the silver linings, and we have to look for them--but they are there, and received by many with a grateful heart.
I am glad you can still look at the bright side of things.

That is right; you always have to think positively and look on the bright side. I hope things with the power get settled,
