$300 Down, $500 to Go

I received the health insurance reimbursement check for 3 visits to my therapist for November and December. I'm still Appealing their denial of the 5 visits from September through October. I expect to win because after all they did pay the most recent 3, why wouldn't they pay the same earlier 5? It's been a learning curve because I'm filing the insurance claim forms myself because my therapist doesn't accept insurance. The first few times I guess I didn't include all the information they needed and I must have gotten it right this last time. I'm sending in the original two invoices with the same modifications that I made to this last one that got paid, so hopefully that'll allow it to pass successfully and I get back $500 more dollars.
