What's for din? February 2nd, 2026

I took ribs out earlier while I was doing some stuff around the house. I didn't really have anything planned to go with it. But at least with ribs- it's pretty easy to come up with stuff that goes with it. I ended up making mac'n'cheese, biscuits, and baked beans to go with it. We're waiting on the ribs and biscuits right now and then dinner will be ready. So that's what is for dinner over here. What did you have/make/order?

I haven’t eaten anything, but I’m thinking chicken and stars soup. Yep, I deliberately bought chicken and stars soup. I just wanted something my stomach could take that would keep me from being annoyingly hungry.

Goodness that sounds so good! Tonight we are having leftovers-alfredo or ravioli. Tomorrow night I am making garlic chicken with rice and broccoli on the side.
