Went and played Trivia with the Bartender today. No one else wanted to play. We actually got a whole game played and I WON! I also won $10 on the other game the Ladies Auxialary has going. So was a very Enjoyable Day! Had a Heat Wave of 54°. Gonna hit upper 60s tomorrow.
We had leftover Mexican Lasangna for supper. Hoping to have Hot Wings or Red Snapper tomorrow night.

Yes..unless you are a commercial entity, there are regulations on Red Snapper. Regular fishermen can only fish for them like maybe a couple months of the year.Personally I like Grouper better. But the Snapper was FREE!

Easy to make without the kit. You need a round bowl that a flour tortilla will fit good in. Make the meat mixture with Taco seasoning just like you do with Tacos. Then layer Tortilla, Cheese, Meat, Tortilla, Meat, Cheese etc. about 4 layers with meat and cheese on top..then bake for 30 min. at 350°. I use Colby Jack cheese or Taco flavored cheese.

Congrats on the wins. Upper 60s???? That would be heavenly. I don't know when we will be above freezing so it can melt the ice.
