I had a stressful morning !

Well, I had a stressful morning …..
I got up early as I was going shopping …..
The bus was late ….never mind I had allowed time …..
No freebie papers on the bus …..I take one for my Mom and I like to do the puzzles in it. ( I did get one later on a different bus ).
Had to go to the bank to deposit cash and cheques……got to the desk and was ‘ pounced on ‘ by a member of staff, telling me there was a problem at the desk and I would have to use the machine …..I HATE using the machine as EVERY time I do , at least one of the notes gets stuck. The ‘ pouncer woman ‘ insisted on helping me ….i told her I knew how to use the machine and I would be fine thank you ….she took no notice, so I chuckled when one of the notes got stuck…..well, I did tell her.
Next bus had a driver that was used to driving a formula 1 car …..and stopping at traffic lights seemed to be an option for him …..and one he wasn’t prepared to take !
By the time I got to the shops I felt like popping into the pub first …..i didn’t !

Bless your heart, that is one rough thing after another. I don’t particularly enjoy it either when someone drives like there is no tomorrow.
I had some chicken soup and Gatorade delivered to try to feel better today. This is the second day of taking magnesium, and I think it’s all coming together to feel better. It’s a beautiful day outside though. I wish I was walking my dog.

@traceyjayne I know your bank scenario well, and just love it when the “helper” has to admit that I was right all along. And I don’t like the 15 year old helpers who wander around with their iPads looking for victims and saying to me “Hi guys, how can I help you today?” when there is only one of me so I am Guy, not Guys.

I hate those people the banks have now brought in. Instead of going to the counter and speaking to the cashier one-to-one with a little semblance of privacy, they now ask what you want to do in front of everyone as soon as you get through the door. One day the man in front of me was pounced on and he had to say 'I want to withdraw £3,000'. Surely it's only a matter of time before someone is followed when they come out and robbed because of this very public questioning?

That’s what I hate …..I don’t want to be talking about my private business in front of goodness knows who !
I do always worry about who is watching and making note of who is taking out money ….these days it’s easy to text a mate waiting outside a description of someone…….

I wouldn't have cared for the lead-footed bus driver. My day was OK. Got quite a few things done.
