Today is Grocery Day

We made three curbside pick-ups today for groceries. Sam's Club Wal-Mart Kroger We also went inside Kroger because we wanted to buy gift cards for the nurses who are taking care of mother-in-law at Memory Care to thank them for all they've done to make her feel at home and take care of her. I like new food in the house. I like grocery day.

curbside? Is that where you order and then pick up the goods at a later time?

Yes you order and pay for everything online, then you schedule a pick-up day and time and they meet you at the curb and put everything in your car. You never have to step inside.

You sounds like my dad. He’d buy gift cards for the ladies who’d come bathe my mom, or watch her while he grabbed a nap in the McDonald’s parking lot. Those ladies will appreciate that.

My brother brought us the curbside order Pretty made yesterday. I really wish my car was out of the shop but, apparently, they're still waiting for the tool to tell them where the energy leak is that keeps killing our batteries. (We've replaced the battery three times last year and once this year.)
