So I didn’t really fancy very much for tea ….so I decided to have some chicken pakora. Strips of chicken coated in a batter flavoured with Indian spices….. Just 12 minutes in the air fryer I had a lovely dollop of mayo with the strips too. It’s something that we usually have for a supper but it worked well for a small snacky tea for me. What have you had for your evening meal ?

I haven't felt hungry today. Pretty said I had to eat something so I ate a bite size candy bar and a wedge of cheese. I sliced a red onion for Pretty to use when she cooks the beef roast in the crockpot tonight or tomorrow.

During the week I have sandwiches; and on the weekends I'll have a frozen dinner or a PB&J sandwich. I'm hoping when the new lady starts that she might cook for me.
