How Does Your Neighborhood Work?

My Sister older now and in retirement. She orders so many packages. I am like 30 percent, of the time. We do not need this stuff. We already have it, She is like its an improvement. Men you thought women were scary shoppers when they were working. Wait to you see when they retire. Come on that was funny. To be fair, its all her money. I have no say. That being said she orders so many they lose packages and those pretty easy, just get a refund. The ones that are the problem is when they deliver to our neighbors house. We know one, and she made me go in his yard one time. I did not like it. This is how people get shot. You know this. Its the homie, shut up and go get it, This time, not the homie and had to agree with my brother, we do not know them. They have camera's everywhere. I will get it if its right by the fence and can reach it. Just leave a note saying its ours and will show them if they want to verify. It was to far inside their yard and they are the ones with the Hound dog and the Belgian Malinois. Oh hell no, even if it is our package, those dogs do not play. I think a shotgun to the cranium would be better than that combination for our own package. This is not the 60's 70's 80's or 90's where people just went in their neighbors yard and retrieved their own package. It could be a death sentence how our leaders made the world.

I buy stuff that somehow lands in my neighbors place being my address is right there where it can be seen on a BIG stop sign but yet it ends up at my neighbors & I'll call them if I don't get it the day B-4 or after it's suppose to be here & if they get it they bring it over.

Yeah I miss small neighborhoods. Its like it happens to all of us, just come get and if not we will. Our neighborhood is probably average in Cali but people be like who is this and do I like them enough to give it back.

@crossbones27 I'm glad we have the neighbor we do cause there somewhat young & helpful when we need help with something & the wife is a home nursing aid so that's a big help for me when I need someone to talk to about my health when I can't get my dr on the phone.

People do need to be careful when it comes to going on other people's property. It might be a good idea to contact the place that is shipping packages out and let them know what is going on. The delivery people need to pay more attention to addresses.

My male neighbors steal my packages. My female neighbors will actually get the package, and bring it to me. To be fair, it was one male neighbor, and he happened to steal something very expensive I couldn’t get replaced. But man, the female neighbors are great. I wouldn’t want to go get my package at a neighbor’s either. I’d be like holding the address up to a camera so they can see it was ours.

@AmbiePam That sounds fair, but what I always love is how people paint Cali as so liberal. If it was so liberal, you would be able to retrieve your own package for a wrong delivery to your neighbors house. Not if you enjoy living.

You would need to be very careful going into that yard. At least here you're not likely to get shot.
