What's for din? Feb. 7. 2026 / myLot

Happy Saturday! This is the first "real" food we are eating today. The kids snacked all day and I ate two slim jims throughout the day. I just wasn't that hungry. So I decided to just make dinner early. Tonight was sloppy joes and tator-tots. Except for tiny she child. She won't eat sloppy joes. So she got chicken nuggets. Lol. The air fryer does really save the day. Anyway that was what was for dinner tonight. What went on the table at your house?

I tried out a new little Tex-Mex place that just opened nearby. We had enchiladas, rice and beans. And of course nacho chips and salsa. It was pretty good.

I had rice and quesadillas. But then Sadie sat in my rice, and I just finished the quesadilla.
