I have already dealt with the fun side effects of the migraine this morning, and I am on my second migraine pill. They don’t want you to take much more than that because of rebound headaches, but I find they linger any way you look at it.
Super Bowl Sunday is usually my day! Right now, I just want some pain relief. On the good side, although it is 56 F right now, it should get up into the 70s. I’m sure the medicine will kick in soon. I just need to relax and let it do its work. Easy to say, right migraine sufferers?
How are you guys? Anyone got anything lovely to share? Anything bothering you, you want to talk about?

Even a mild headache can ruin a day for me. Have you tried Botox for your migraines? Hope you feel better by kickoff time.

We are skipping the condo Super Bowl party. The last one was loud and I couldn’t even see or hear the game.

Fun side effects? What, pray tell, are those? Projectile vomitting?
I find getting under the covers to keep my body warm while putting an ice pack on my head helps greatly.

Yes, that is the side effect. 
I could really use a bed right about now. I sleep on my couch, and normally, that’s fine. However, with a migraine you just can’t find a comfortable position. But really, is there any comfortable position anywhere when one has a migraine?

@snowy22315 She took me to Disneyland, but she split the cost of that with my dad (she has nothing to do with the cruise). And I think she wanted to do that for me because I saved her $8,000 a couple of years ago (long story).
I don’t think she believes I’m overstating the case; she grew up with me so she saw a lot of migraine consequences. If I needed money for surgery, she’d find a way to help me. But this isn’t a necessity.

@AmbiePam She's willing to take you on expensive trips, but won't help with the costs of something you need? Seems weird..Do you think she thinks you are over stating the case or something?

Oh, I am so sorry, Amber. I know you look forward to the Super Bowl so much. Migraines are so miserable. I had one this week and two last week. They wipe me out and it's hard to even function for an entire day, just exhausting. So, so sorry.
