Decided to ignore her regardless

I have often complained to mom about certain aunt who likes to whine and complain regardless of what I do. She told me to ignore her, but I didn't listen and mind every time aunt complains. I often lash out when no one was around and she just side comment. But one day they came home from church and told them about the water shutoff maintenance. I've already explained it to first aunt. But she (other aunt) still tries to complain and tried to side comment again. I totally went out and shouted. After that I didn't talk to her again regardless. That day I almost had a stroke out of anger. She thinks I was going to be push over like that. It was sad at first. But it has given some sense of peace not to hear her complaining anymore. This time I've listened to my mom and just ignore her.
