Ahoy! Well, since I just got back, I also think that I shouldn't rush into posting things, otherwise I'll be burn out with mylot again and stop again. So, I am in the library, checking things out, and since I promised with my project leader to complete things, I stay in the library for the whole day. But, in the morning, I went to my leg therapy session, and the therapist doctor sees my achievement. Now I can do lunges (Sorry I don't know the spelling) for 3 sets, 10 repetition each. Last time when I was injured, I cannot do anything at all than just resting. The doctor then asked me to increase to another set, so 4x10. Ouh, I don't know if I can do it or not. Also, he also starting to ask me to brisk walk as new challenge. Walk at 2x speed for 5 minutes, then jog for 1 min at 3x speed. 4 sets. Looks scary though Let's hope I can do it all that before the next doctor therapy appointment session next month. Adie, February 2026

I hope can too. Because it's not easy after injury.

Thank you. It's not easy to exercise after injury. You know, trauma.
