Should I resign?

RecentlyI have been thinking of resigning from my school for several reasons. The main reason is that I think I am no longer happy. However, I really wanted to complete my 15 or 16 years before resigning though. What are your thoughts?

How long before you can retire and get benefits for life? That's what I'd be looking at and planning for.

I need at least 3 to 4 years for a much safer and much better benefits

@Neil43 Okay, how tired are you of your job? Can you manage another 3 or 4 years to get the better retirement benefits?

I’d stick it out for retirement benefits. Take one day at a time.
