We've actually renovated

Philippines

Last month Mom was talking to a foreman who did renovation on the house of my eldest brother. It was an expansion of their kitchen. But before that they did fix our roof problem on the business rentals, now tenants no longer complain about leak problems. That week later, we began removing stuff from the extended kitchen to begin removing the old ceiling. Turns out there's a termite nest right near the gutter. It was really dusty all over, but the workers were professional and were able to clean it afterwards. It took two weeks of renovation. Now everything is pure white (paint) no need for additional lights around. It rained during renovation, but it didn't affect much of the work. The wood got replaced with steel. Sadly, on the extension was renovated. We hope the main house roof gets renovated also. But we haven't done any rewriting yet, the old wires are still around. Well, were getting there. Have a nice day

That still sounds like you're making good progress on the house.

We are working on our house. Someone advised we must do it part by part. A wise advice it is as we need money to get anything done.
