I'm always wishing I had more time. Doing chores, attending to bills, keeping up with repairs are some of the things although necessary, occupy my time from stuff I really want to do. Just like Jim Croce's song "Time in a Bottle" we see time slipping away from us, and wish there was some way to gain more of it. As the saying goes, there is only so many hours in a day. Makes you wonder what people would do with that extra time? Here are a few examples: 1.*Some mentioned starting a side business which they are passionate about. 2.*Some mentioned being able to visit and spend more time with their relatives. 3.*Some just wanted to do something simple like reading more books. ***For me, if I had more time I would travel to various historical sites in the U.S. and abroad to pursue my interest of history. If you had more time, what things would you prefer to do? "Take All the Time You Need." Photo- Leantime

Time isn’t really my problem; money is. Operating under the guise that I had enough money, I’d love to visit my sister’s more often. I miss not seeing my nieces and nephew. And, while I’m going on a cruise in October, I’d like to go on one every year. It might be hard though, because I don’t want to go anywhere too hot. After all, my cruise in October is to Canada. It won’t be too hot!

I understand. Money isn't everything but it sure makes it easier to do some enjoyable things with your life. Many people mention visiting relatives if they had the extra time. Canada, that sounds exciting. Many people usually head south to the Bahamas or Bermuda or some place, warm. I imagine visiting some of the sights in Canada will be wonderful! Have you ever been on a cruise before? Other things people mentioned if they had more time were: -Exercise more. -Learn a new hobby. -Getting more sleep, lol. -Tackle more projects.

@dgobucks226 I went on a cruise to Mexico with my dad’s side of the family back when I was 22 (my mom was alive and in her right mind then). It was fun, but so darn hot. When we go to Canada it will be a 9 day cruise out of Virginia, and we’ll stop at Prince Edward Island, plus Halifax and Sydney, both in Nova Scotia. My sister always wanted to see Prince Edward Island because the films of Anne of Green Gables were there, and you can visit the property. I can’t believe people want more time to exercise!

@AmbiePam Ha, ha. I guess those people who exercise are probably trying to fit in around their work schedule. I'm sure your excited to go and a great experience.

I have plenty of time now that I'm retired. The problem is I retired on disability and can't get around as I would like to. I would have done more traveling; and I could have cooked and baked up a storm.

@dgobucks226 I thought when I retired that I would be able to sleep and nap as much as I wanted; but I found that sleep eludes me every day. Such a disappointment.

Traveling and cooking are 2 items I've seen mention before if they had the extra time. Other things people mentioned if they had more time were: -Exercise more. -Learn a new hobby. -Getting more sleep, lol. -Tackle more projects.
