In swimming pools i feel backstroke is a relaxing swimming style

In swimming pools waters are shallow. In those pools i feel backstroke is a relaxing swimming style. One can stare at the clear sky. There is no requirement of underwater breathing. When can have the hand movement and leg movement and breathe in air.

Back stroke really is the most relaxing swimming stroke
And it's great that you can see everything above you

I agree, the backstroke is comfortable. I also like floating around on an air mattress or inner tube.
