Yvonne could get pregnant at 66 years old

February 16, 2026 10:51pm CST
Is it safe for a 66 year old woman to have a baby That might sound like a silly question But Yvonne started ovulating again , probably due to a combination of meds she is on I meant to post this last week So the doctor told her and smirked, and said it's probably not relevant!! I'm like " why is it not relevant, we don't use protection" She looked amazed that we actually still have sex. Yvonne has not had a period since 1998. I said to the doctor Don't worry, it won't be relevant if Yvonne gets pregnant

I"m not sure how reliable are the news about a woman giving birth at 66. But I know long time ago, I heard someone getting pregnant in my country over the news in her 60s. Very long time ago, my friend told me she asked her parents in their 70s if they were still sexually active and their answer was, "of course!"

Gosh 28 years ago, did she have an early menopause? I'm almost hoping she does get pregnant, I'd love to read your posts about nappy changing etc

People say when you’re in your 40s you’re too old to have a baby. I say not. Maybe the chances of something going wrong is greater and perhaps getting pregnant is harder, but you can still have a kid or two or three. Having a child in late 60s won’t be as fun as having one when you’re younger because you need a lot more stamina to take care of the kid.

There won't be any kid coming here any time soon Lena I couldn't become a parent again at 66 and neither could Yvonne Just have to adapt our habits lol
