Roast lamb for us today …..

So, Sunday comes around so quickly. We go to my Moms for lunch on a Sunday and it’s always a roast dinner day. Today we had roast lamb, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, gravy and mint sauce. I always have mashed potatoes with lamb instead of roasties as I like to mix the mint sauce in with the potatoes. I also like really thick mint sauce. For pudding we had tiramisu What have you had to eat today ?

I had chicken noodle soup and spinach pizza (with Alfredo sauce/not marinara). I would love some roast lamb.

We haven’t had chicken for a few weeks …..it’s my favourite so maybe next week.

I love tiramisu. I had spaghetti yesterday which my niece made and it gave me a stomach upset. I think I have had too much.

That sounds absolutely delicious! I love lamb prepared any way. I’ve only had a cup of coffee, 1 organic date, and a glass of ginger ale. Saving my self for dinner.

It was always a roast when we went to my Mum's for dinner too but it didn't happen too often. We lived several hours away.
