Roast lamb for us today …..

So, Sunday comes around so quickly. We go to my Moms for lunch on a Sunday and it’s always a roast dinner day.
Today we had roast lamb, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, gravy and mint sauce.
I always have mashed potatoes with lamb instead of roasties as I like to mix the mint sauce in with the potatoes.
I also like really thick mint sauce.
For pudding we had tiramisu

Today I will get Meals on Wheels. It was a chicken dish of some sort. I will find out in about 2 hours.

I’m hoping for roast chicken next week. We haven’t had one for a while and it’s my favourite.

I love tiramisu.
I had spaghetti yesterday which my niece made and it gave me a stomach upset. I think I have had too much.

It was always a roast when we went to my Mum's for dinner too but it didn't happen too often. We lived several hours away.

I’ve heard that goat curry is nice but I’ve never tried it.
