Nearly Hit by two Rash Riders

This afternoon when I was bringing the children's mother from her school, I was nearly hit by two rash bike riders The first one vroomed inches before us. The second one nearly dashed us from behind! There are two speed breakers which should have compelled them to slow down. Instead, they ignored the bumps and rushed over it. On my part, my mistake was l should have been more careful while getting on the village road. For some reason I didn't see the riders coming. Anyway , I took the incident in a positive attitude and decided that in future I should be more careful at this part of the road. Have you had any such experience on the road?
