One of my neighbors down the street a bit is moving

Well he should be anyway, is trying to sell his house. It's a big house with almost two acres, plus a mini golf course..that he put in himself,,,and a boat garage. That place with the boat slip I am thinking must be close to 1.5 million. He probably will sell his boat as well. I don't like that guy, but he was nice to me on a couple of occasions. I don't mind one bit he is leaving, but it kind of surprised me. I thought he was here for life..Of course, maybe he won't find a place he likes..or maybe not get the price he needs, but I will be kind of happy if he moves, although I guess we had a relationship of sorts even if it wasn't a very good one. Any of your neighbors moving?

You said he was nice to you on a couple of occasions.
His house and property sound like something I would like to own, but at my time of life I have no chance.
You might regret saying you don't mind him leaving because he could sell it to horrible people.
You must love in a very well heeled neighbourhood
We have neighbours who move all the time
We have loads of rental properties around us so people come and go all the time

Ha, I am the poorest person who lives here.Cuz the majority do have more than a few bucks. I was complaining about it to friend one time. He said "Well, somebody has to be." True enough.

Actually a neighbor of mine is moving (I don't know them very well other than to wave and say hi). Their house was only on the market less than 2 weeks when it sold.
Hope you get someone nice if your neighbor moves.

It would be nice, we don't interact a lot in this community though ordinaeily, I knew him a bit better than most though. I don't know his wife..sort of like the one with the mystery wife.

One of my former neighbors moved out of his home several months ago. Why he left is not known.

I doubt it will be too hard. I might have the valuation wrong..but it has a lot of extras.
