Woke up Tuesday morning with sore throat that moved up to my left ear. By evening the whole left side of my head hurt from my throat up. I was waiting on my Doctor's office to call me and let me know if they had called in another script for me. This morning I woke up same thing...no better...couldn't get an answer from the lady at the doctor's office. So I called my ENT doctor's office. They have to have a REFERRAL now. Soooo...I got dressed and went to my GP doctor, and found out they had called in my script last night, and they called my ENT and gave them a referral. I went to pick up my script. It was ready, BUT...they charged me $10.20. I explained that with my insurance I have NO CO-PAYs. She wouldn't give me the script. I went on an paid for it. She wrote down the infor she needed for Medicaid. I got home and everything she asked for was already ON the Insurance Card that she wouldn't even look at. She kept saying she HAD the card, but it was Medicare Only. NOPE it is NOT, but could not get her to understand or even look at it. Called my insurance company..WHAT A JOKE...so far I have been told 3 different "Facts" The first time the lady told me I had a $500 deductible..NOPE. The 2nd lady told me I had NO CO-Pays. Now this dude tells me SOME medications I will have to pay $5.10, but he read off a list that I would NOT have to pay, and CVS Did charge me a co-pay today for that script. WTHeck? Even I am confused. The Medicaid website is down today, so tomorrow I will be busy getting the REAL FACTS. Wish I could record every person I talk to like they record me! One way or Another, I WILL find out What the REAL Facts are tomorrow! If I DO pay a co-pay on the one script, okay, but they will be giving me $5.10 for the other one that I KNOW I do not pay for. On the GOOD side of the day, when I went to feed the "Kids" this morning, Spot, who is one of our Feral Kitties was there waiting for food, and I had 3 of my squirrels staring at me while I filled the feeders. Buddy was So Close to taking the peanut out of my hand. Feeling it won't be long now. Tom is fixing supper as my head is pounding. Oven Fried Chicken, Taters, and Corn.
