A visit to the Doctors …..

So I went to the Drs today to have a check on my blood pressure. In the end it was a nurse I saw ….she took my blood pressure …it was still high BUT it had come down slightly.
I have to carry on with the dosage I’m on now …I was hoping to reduce it ….
She also weighed me …..oh my days ….
I don’t think I need to say much more about that…..there are ‘ several ‘ pounds that need to come off …..then ‘ several ‘ more !
Anyway, how was your day so far ?

You can get those pounds off; I know you you can.
Well, my appointment with the dentist to find out the cost was enlightening, but I didn’t cry about it, so that’s good. 
I’m thankful the post office stop was quick too. I think my wait was two minutes.

My BP is usually high when I go to the doctor's office and in the mornings when I start moving around but is fine after I wake up in the afternoon.
Losing weight isn't any fun... I'm still working at it, too. I did go down in waist size over the winter so we bought one pair of jeans that fit me a month or so ago. I don't want to buy more jeans until we see what size I'll be this summer.

Well I am sure you can spend the weekends " losing weight"
It's better than going to the pub and will help you both work off your mum's dinners on a Sunday
