Is it the husband's fault, alone?

When a woman gets pregnant again, 8 months after giving birth by c section, is it the husband's fault?
Should the husband be blamed for not using a condom? Is it only the husband's sole responsibility to control himself?
There was this person on Threads who was very angry because a certain influencer was in that very situation of getting pregnant again. She was solely blaming the influencer's husband for getting the wife pregnant.

Last time I checked (Long ago, in my experience.) it took two people for that to happen, either one of which could suggest using a contraceptive of some type. It isn't logical to blame one person over the other.

Um, it takes two. Can't blame solely one of them, either one of them - it took both to make a baby knowing the risks.
